Delivery & Returns

Delivery Details:-

We aim to send our deliveries out the same or next working day (Monday to Friday). Our standard delivery is Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. You can specify Tracked 24 also with Royal Mail. Your goods can be delivered to your work or a different address than the billing address.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 provides you with four points of tracking throughout the delivery. If you are unavailable to accept the package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. You can now leave a note to instruct the Postman to leave the parcel in a safe place. If the item has not been collected within 3 weeks the package will be returned to us. You will then be required to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given less the postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods a full refund will be given. Postage is recorded and therefore we should be able to trace the goods.

Please note we can only deliver items within the UK and Southern Ireland.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK Mainland, NI, Highlands & Islands) £2.99 - Delivered within 2 – 3 working days when ordered by 3pm.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (UK Mainland Only) - £5.99 - Delivered within 24 hours if ordered by 1pm Monday-Thursday.

For orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order will be dispatched the next working day.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from frenzyshoes.co.uk. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be hassle-free, ensuring that you can shop with confidence. We believe in the quality of our products, but if you are not satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right.

 

If you change your mind about a product or find the size isn't quite right, you can return it to us. We are happy to accept returns that are received within 14 days of delivery for all items.  Please do not return items without notifying us. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF ITEMS SENT DIRECTLY TO US WITHOUT NOTIFYING US IN ADVANCE. 
 

  • The item must be returned in the original unused condition within 14 days of purchase and received by us within 30 days of purchase

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returns. However, if the return is due to our error, we will happily refund the postage cost.

  • Please remember to get a proof of postage and retain until a refund has been received. We cannot refund any items lost in the post.

  • Any items that have been worn will not be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing fault

  • All returns must be sent back to us in the original unused condition via 2nd class recorded delivery

  • We will try to process all returns within 7 working days from receipt of the returned item. We will send you an email to confirm when we have processed your return. Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us
